COACHING AGREEMENT

Breaking Limitations Coaching

1. Coaching Relationship

By enrolling in The Blueprint for Balanced Living (“Program”), you (“Client”) agree to engage in a professional coaching relationship with Rachael Britton (“Coach”).

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support clarity, decision-making, and aligned action in personal and/or professional areas.

2. Coaching vs. Therapy

Coach is a licensed psychologist; however, all services provided within this Program are coaching services only.

Coaching does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions
Participation in this Program does not establish a therapist-client relationship
Coaching is focused on present and future goals rather than treatment of mental health concerns

If Client is in need of therapeutic or clinical support, Client agrees to seek those services separately.

3. Continuation of Services

If Client chooses to continue coaching services beyond the scope of this Program, all terms outlined in this agreement will continue to apply unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Scope of Services

The Program includes:

Two (2) private coaching sessions
Access to on-demand training materials
Guided worksheets and tools

This is a structured, time-limited experience. Ongoing coaching or support beyond what is outlined is not included unless otherwise specified.

Access to program materials is provided for personal use and will remain available for the duration of the program (or as otherwise stated at time of enrollment).

5. Client Responsibility

Client understands and agrees that:
-Coaching is most effective when the Client is engaged, honest, and willing to take action
-Results are not guaranteed and depend on Client participation and implementation
-Client is solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes

6. Results Disclaimer

Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to business growth, income, personal development, or life results.

Any examples, case studies, or outcomes shared are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee similar results.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within this Program, including videos, worksheets, frameworks, and written or verbal content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Rachael Britton.

These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Unauthorized use or distribution may result in removal from the Program without refund.

8. Recording & AI Note-Taking (Private Sessions)

Client acknowledges and agrees that:

-1:1 coaching sessions may be recorded for note-taking, accuracy, and Client reference
-AI-assisted tools may be used to support organization and summarization of session content

All 1:1 session recordings and notes are kept private and will not be shared, distributed, or used for any purpose outside of supporting the Client’s experience.

9. Group Calls, Trainings, or Events

If Client participates in any group sessions, workshops, or program-related events:

-These sessions may be recorded
-Recordings may be used for educational, training, marketing, or program development purposes

While care is taken to respect participant privacy, Client understands that participation in group settings includes the possibility of being recorded and consents to this as part of participation.

10. Confidentiality & Mandated Reporting

Coach will treat all information shared with respect and discretion.

However, Client understands:
-Coaching is not therapy and is not protected under HIPAA
-As a licensed psychologist, Coach is a mandated reporter

Coach may be required to disclose information in cases involving:
-Suspected abuse or neglect
Risk of harm to self or others
-Outside of these situations, information will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.

11. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is required in full or via an agreed-upon payment plan prior to participation.

Due to the nature of this Program, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once access to any portion of the Program has been granted, including but not limited to:
-on-demand training materials
-worksheets or digital resources
-scheduled coaching sessions

By enrolling, Client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

12. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Client is responsible for scheduling sessions within the Program timeframe.
-A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
-Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited

13. Termination

Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if:
-The relationship is no longer a good fit
-Client engages in behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe
-Coaching is no longer appropriate for Client’s needs

14. Assumption of Risk

Client acknowledges that coaching may involve personal reflection, emotional awareness, and decision-making.

Client voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks, choices, or outcomes resulting from participation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.

16. Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree to communicate respectfully and refrain from making public statements that could harm the reputation of the other.

17. Force Majeure

Coach shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events.

18. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.

19. Communication & Email Marketing

By enrolling in this Program, Client agrees to receive communication related to the Program, including updates, resources, and support materials.

Client may also receive additional emails related to coaching content, offers, and resources from Breaking Limitations Coaching.

Client may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

20. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By enrolling in this Program, Client acknowledges that they:
-Have read and understood this agreement
-Understand the distinction between coaching and therapy
-Agree to the terms outlined above

Client further acknowledges that by selecting the agreement checkbox and completing enrollment, they are providing a legally binding electronic signature, which has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

Due to the nature of this experience and immediate access to materials, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
